As the owner of Reflections West, I am saddened to hear that your husband and daughter's experience at the salon was less than excellent. Occasionally there are incidences that we stand by our guarantee and are happy to do so. After reviewing the computer history of all clients for the months of October - December of 2009, we had no history of father and daughter visits together?????
