As the owner of Reflections West, I am saddened to hear that your husband and daughter's experience at the salon was less than excellent. Occasionally there are incidences that we stand by our guarantee and are happy to do so. With a business that is 25 yrs. we look forward to clients looking and feeling great when they leave Reflections West. That has been what has kept us serving the Monadnock Region. My husband took my daughter here a few weeks ago as she is 5 and thought it would be special before the Holidays for both of them to go. My husband came home and I noticed that his hair was all uneven and my daughters must have been cut, but I could hardly tell. Then I found out that the cost was over $80.00!!!!! My husband didn't even get a shampoo and my daughter was in the chair for under 10 minutes. This was just services as at that point he wouldn't have even considered products. I am really disappointed that they took advantage of my husband and little one like this. I will never go here again and when I tell people about this they too think it was a real rip off, especially after looking at their haircuts. Cons: outrageous pricing and uneven haricuts more
