I recently inquired about a new stair railing job. I was quoted over $14000 plus tax for the job. I had already received a quote from the foremost railing company in Las vegas. When I told them they were over $5000 high, I was told they made a mathematical error and they would match the price. I had been told the price was $280 per foot and I had 50 ft.. Somehow my house shrunk? Profit is fine...trying to screw the client is something altogether different. Me or any of my friends will NEVER ever call this company again. FYI, I tried to call Artistic Iron about this and they would not return the call. Customer servie at it's finest!
