My daughter is in 8th grade. She had her pictures taken, the check was cashed and no pictures ever showed up. My daughter was told the pictures needed to be retaken because the first ones were no good! Funny because they are unable to produce the pictures originally taken. I called the company and the guy was EXTREMELY rude as though I had done something wrong. You cashed MY check buddy!! Concord needs to find another company. I called the school to complain and they stated they get complaint calls all the time!! That means it's time to change don't ya think!!
