Can you rate a company LESS than 1 star?!? I WISH to God that I would have read reviews before using this HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT company!! Hire them & they send someone who does NOT do what you paid for - then they'll give you the run around for a week, will NOT call you back & will NOT REFUND YOUR money! I even tipped the girl $10.00 because I STUPIDLY left before she was done! \r
BEWARE ... USE this company & you WILL regret it!!! I even gave them 3 chances to do the job I PAID for ... because of timing - I was not able to give them 4 or 5 chances to complete the job.... bad news! \r
And here is a great example of terrible customer service ... AJ told me she could not refund my money & she would have to speak to the owner about it ... she told me that because it was pay day - she would be so busy that she would probably ""forget"" to call me back & that ""I"" should call HER back after 2p. She was right - never called back!\r
I have been telling EVERYONE I know (even people I don't know!!!) - NOT TO USE THIS HORRID company! Report has been filed with the Better Business Bureau! Please note - other reports have been filed on this company!\r
