This company was hired by a friend who wheeled and dealed between the two of them and put a poor quality air condition system in a friend's home for top dollar. Not knowing otherwise, i hired this same company to put a new system in my daughter's home and made no such deal. Just that he put what was necessary to put the new system in. My friend air condtioner ended up not cooling her house and called the company out. He then told us that he made a deal with the guy to put an insuffient system in for the house. A few weeks later the system that he put in my daughter's home went out, too. I went over and it was the same one that my friend has in her house. Neither of them have any info on the system. My son-in-law made an appt. with the guy to have him come out and he failed to come and since then neither them or myself can get Victor to return calls or come out. He was Johnny at the rat hole to get his money the very day he put my daughter's AC in. In fact, he had his wife come over and get a check so he could get it cashed before they left on a trip! Would I recommend him?. No. The AC should be under a warranty, but he won't return calls to come fix what he put in or to see why it is not running. We paid him good money and we were were fair and up front with this guy. It was a good faith endeavour on our part. Beware.
