The ""Standard TV & Appliance"" story's end: The two senior techs assigned to my ""case,"" David and Tim, returned to my home this morning and in just over an hour replaced the entire broiler. This was a big job and they did it cheerfully, quietly, and well. They kept their promise to make me whole, and agreed to the terms thereto. In other words, the company did right by me.
