I have a 1993 Lincoln that was having a hard shifting problem into second gear. I had originally taken it to a different transmission shop in Lakewood. The diagnostics report was my transmission to be rebuilt for $2200.00. After talking to a few friends I was referred to Transmission Sales & Service for a second opinion. Owner Al drove the car and found the problem to be a broken spring. The recommendation was to drop the pan, replace the spring and service the transmission. My cost $125.00.
