We were quoted a price for the 9 tuxedos we needed to rent. We were told how much the groomsmen needed to put down to order the tux. We agreed and went on our way. When I got home I noticed tucked in our envelope a flier stating buy one get one free. So of course I called and spoke to a woman who said yes indeed that is a special they offer however we were NEVER told about it in store. A month before our wedding, my fiancee and groomsmen went in for their fittings. Not only did the very rude owner lie and say he told us about the promotion when we initially went in but now the prices of our rentals are 50.00 more than we were quoted. I of course called and spoke to him directly where he was extremely rude and told me may I should have paid better attention (yet I have everything for my wedding written down so I can keep track) but he also suggested that I find somewhere else to look for my tuxedos since I said he was lying. Also, the 20.00 down payment needed to order your tux also jumped up to 40.00.. everything this man says is a lie. Record everything ask for written/signed copies. I hope someone learns from our mistake... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
