I have been a customer of Portland's Hottest Nails for more then two years now. They always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I always specifically have my mani/pedi's waxing, and my newest addition ""eye lashes"" done by DeAnne. She is very warm and welcoming and easy to talk too. Every time I go, I look forward to seeing her. I wouldn't trust any other salon with those services that they provide.
