I was embarrassed at how my carpets and especially my couch looked. I have 3 kids and a dog. The owners wife came with an employee and they were friendly and reassured me my house was fine. They explained how they were going to clean my house and what products they were going to use. They moved and relaced my furniture, everything smelled so good. My couch I couldn't believe came out so clean. I will not wait so long next time to have my rugs and upholstery cleaned and I will definitely recommend Aladdin Carpet Cleaners.
