Scams, bogus offers and horse trading. This dealership does not have anything good going for it except maybe their location. They put out slick mailers which is good marketing, but once you pull onto their lot it turns ugly. I will never return to this dealership. They don't have a clue on how to treat a customer. So save yourself a trip and find another dealer that cares about your business. I would suggest Ford Inc should take a closer look at who they have representing them.
