I scheduled 2 days in advance for an AM appointment to replace 4 cracked windows. I wasted my day from work to wait until 1 pm. I called to ask ETA a couple times and recieved no return call. I finally cancelled because they are ridiculous. I work for one of the largest property mangement companies in Houston and they are not only getting a blog but I will share my thoughts with everyone in the industry!
