I went to the IH-35 and 290 location to have my windows tinted. The guy behind the counter said he told me a few weeks ago over the phone that I would have to bring the car on a hot day so that they could get the tint off. He said that with a very irritated and accusatory attitude.--I spoke to someone there a few days ago and they definitely didn't tell me anything about it needing to be a hot day. I immediately told him that he had not spoken to me. His reaction was that it must have been someone else with the exact same kind of car (old car). Still with an irritated attitude. They then called a tinter to come up front to look at my car. Why? I don't know since they couldn't do my tint that day anyway. Plus after that guys attitude I wasn't going to have my windows tinted there anyway. As I was walking out I could hear the guy behind the counter bitching how he hates it when people don't listen when he tells them they have to bring their cars on a hot day. First of all. Even if he had told me that when I called. His job is customer service. You don't give customer's attitude or accuse them of not listening to what you told them. Secondly you surely shouldn't be stupid enough to bitch about them when they are around. Anyone needing any type of alarm, stereo or tinting service needs to go someplace else. I hate to think the attitude they would give me if something went wrong or if I had a complaint about my tint. Pros: none Cons: poor treatment more
