Ok first of all I think it's really funny how restaurants work! (it's actually borderline pathetic) Managers make up screen names and write their own reviews daily, telling everyone how amazing their food is and how great their service is, as if they were a satisfied customer! Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but B.B King would be extremely disappointed to know the truth about the way the West Palm Beach Location is being ran. So here's the truth- I love Blues Music but I swear the Wedding Singer can carry a better tune. The food is a sad excuse for "comfort food", theirs nothing comfortable about cold fried pickles and soggy fried chicken, The staff is unexperienced (there is no reason why it should take over an hour for appetizers and in the mean time have your server avoid you!) And lastly, the management....they seem to think a drink on the house fixes everything lol I can't even go on. Anyway my message to you out their who really want to know the real deal about B.B Kings is- IT'S A FRAUD!!! Visit the one in Memphis it's the real deal. Sorry but sometime the truth hurts......
