Was not responsive to my follow-up phone call a week after a service call. We found out our AC was out of service. Would cost 2k to repair or 4.6 K to replace. We told the repairman we would wait until spring since we did not need the AC until then. Repairman did not think to tell us that the heat - normally running off the heat pump would be running off of emergency elctric heat. When our electric bill more than doubled we tried to call to find out if the broken heat pump could be affecting the price of electric and we wanted another option for the system they quoted for our rental home. Phone call and discussion was made on Monday. I called back on Wed. They had no knowledge of my call on Monday and had to repeat my story. Owner called me late Wednesday afternoon and had to tell the story again. He called back Thursday morning and told me he researched it and we should just go with the system that was quoted - no other options, Was also told that it was not a big deal that more
