On NewYears Eve-12/31/09 my son took my truck to Precision Tune of Anderson, Clemson blvd. He asked and paid for an oil change.When the service tech drove my truck out of he bay back into the parking lot he turned too sharp to the right and hit the red pole that protects the building. Damaging my truck! This was witnessed by my son and his friend. My son promptly called me about the problem. I drove to the service center, looked the damage over and spoke with the manager.He (in person) and the district manager (over the phone) asked me to get two estimates for fixing my truck. Both assured me that they would pay for the repairs. I did as they asked: one of the estimates was $1077.44, and the other was $1406.87. I hand delivered these estimates to the manager. He made copies and said he would give them to the district manager and they would issue me a check. I told the manager that I would settle for $1200.00, which would be midways of both estimates. Now the manager is avoiding me, not more
