Dr. Bahkiri neglected to write a prescription for a dog food, my dog needed. So, I changed him to another brand, then he got really sick. The vet bill was $5,000 to bring my dog back from death at Pets Unlimited. When I told them I was leaving them the following week, I asked my medical records to be transferred to Pets Unlimited. Months later they had not transferred my records and would not release the records to me. I was forced to lodge a complaint to the Board of Veterinarians for unethical conduct. After this they released my records, but only under great duress. The original Vet sold his business to Dr. Bahkiri, I did not select this Vet, I only inherited it from the previous Veterinary. Needless to say, this is the worse Veterinary clinic imaginable, and when I looked up licensing, I noticed other citations of illegal behavior by staff doctors.
