Just went back to the 103, and we are SO HAPPY it's back! I have read a couple of ""iffy"" reviews, but I would highly recommend everyone who had a negative experience go BACK! Honestly, the new owners/chef had big shoes to fill, so expectations were high. To have only been open a month and have made as much progress as they have--it's impressive. \r

The food is EXCELLENT, the wait staff is getting back into the groove, and the atmosphere has never been better. Love the upgrades that have been made...bars look amazing. Hang in there folks, the 103 is BACK!
