I'm quite surprised at all the good reviews here, they certainly don't live in my building.
I would say that the worst thing about them, and it's hard to narrow it down, is that they don't fix anything. And after ignoring your requests for months, raise rent anyways, well above the actual value of the apartment.
Honestly the worst management company I've ever dealt with.
