my husband and i used tomas when we got married in houston and was utterly disappointed with the quality of service and extremely slow turnaround time after we paid off our balance. don't expect them to return your phone calls/emails, until (if you're even lucky) months later and this is only if you've tried tracking them down countless times via calls, emails, and more calls.\r

i felt that the lack of attention and service paid to our finished product is a reflection of how they view the customer after the payment is received. he will present a great portfolio to you but beware that the final product is nowhere close to what he has very selectively shown you.
Cons: Terrible service, slow turnaround time, poor quality
