I walked in the store and ordered one bead for my earring (that they actually made and fitted perfectly to me) This order took place a month and a week ago and still no sign of the product in the mail, and continuing reassurance over the phone. I've ordered things online from England and it got here quicker. My excitement over my earring tip has all but faded away. Never again.
