They got my money and the shoes. I wait tables and need supportive, non-slip shoes. They carefully measured my feet and then gave me the wrong size shoes, and their promise that they were non-slip was wrong in the extreme. Their claims of being a ""medical facility"" is ludicrous in the extreme when they gave me the shoes they had on hand rather than the correct size. I returned the shoes, but got nothing in return. All sales are final!!!
Cons: deceptive practices, will do anything to make sale
