My central air went out last summer. I scheduled an appointment. They were quick to set something up. Arrived promptly on day of service. Repairman was solid: Diagnosed problem right away, offered various pricing estimates for work before installing the parts, and gave recommendations for a new unit. I told him I didn't want to go down that road yet, and he didn't try the hard sale. All-in-all, I'd do business with these guys again.
