I've had Scooterville source a few special-order items for me, and I've bought some small parts from their showroom inventory (roller weights and sliders, etc.) Each time, the sales staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. At times, their prices can be slightly higher than those of online vendors, but that's the cost of doing business when you have a bricks-and-mortar storefront and a handful of employees, and I'm fine with that. The location is great, right off I-94, and the available inventory of new and used scooters is second to none in the twin cities area. This is a small business working hard to fill a niche market, for which I'm grateful.
