I work in tech support, so when I contact RG Group, I am trying to get information for our customers, to see if certain components are available. I call RG Group with specific questions that we have about the components, and they are always good about providing us with information in a timely manner. We could not ask for anything more as far as their service goes.
RG Group is the only game in town for the specific components that we need for our product. They have always been very professional, and I have no complaints with them.
