I was a customer of Betty's for over a year until the other day when they locked my keys in the car, didn't tell me, and then pried the door open - thus damaging the frame! I went back and they tried to deny it but couldn't. The owner actually laughed at me during my explanation of the damage. The only solution they gave me was to see someone in Ramona, a friend of theirs. This was option was given to me after I was practically in tears with frustration. I don't think so! Never again!
