During the week of Valentines Day Feb. 14th thru Feb. 20th, 2011 it rained the entire week in San Diego. Got my vehicle cleaned using their Supreme package. Ticket coupon honors...

Luxury Lathering 7/12/2011

Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don't know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it's because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper! more

Total Rip-Off 2/21/2011

Ticket coupon honors a 48-hour "Rain Check". Also paid another $30 for my window chips, in addition. gave the crew who wiped done my newly painted vehicle $20. Total bill for one car wash $70. more

it's very fast and convenint, they offer a lot of service. but I took a hand wax special for $60.00\r they finished within 30minute they said, before delivery to me, one oriental guy check the finished job.\r he point out missing spot each by inch for his employee to correct , that one impressed me to write a review.\r Actually, he is owner of carwash. good luck guys!!!!!!!!!!! more

Very Convenient 5/7/2010

i usually get my car washed once a week here, and i haven't had the problems that everyone else has written about. I drop off my car and head to the gym for an hour or two. Very convenient location, it is right off the freeway and located in the same parking lot as 24fitness and the grocery store. Also there is a cafe area with frozen yogurt and a drycleaners inside. The only downside is that i don't really like sushi and there isn't another decent restaurant within walking distance. Also i reccomend that you go week days, weekends are too busy and your car might not get the best service possible Pros: convenient, fast Cons: can get crowded on weekends more

Damaged my car and laughed in my face 1/8/2010

I was a customer of Betty's for over a year until the other day when they locked my keys in the car, didn't tell me, and then pried the door open - thus damaging the frame! I went back and they tried to deny it but couldn't. The owner actually laughed at me during my explanation of the damage. The only solution they gave me was to see someone in Ramona, a friend of theirs. This was option was given to me after I was practically in tears with frustration. I don't think so! Never again! Pros: None Cons: Dishonest, poor work more

WORST EVER 6/2/2009

i was talked into a more expensive detail to remove swirl marks on my black car, after spending$210.00 it was even worse. I was not only told that i should then spend MORE money, but then i was asked if i would leave a tip....are you kidding???!!! Here's my tip-get into a different field. It was a mess and they did not care at all. Cons: bad job AND bad customer service more

Quick and Easy way to get ur car spotless 11/9/2005

Its a pretty good place to get your car washed. Plus they are pretty quick and to top it off, not that expensive. They have higher end jobs they can do such as detailing which can go up to $200. But for about $20, you can get a decent wash and not have to break a sweat. I usually wash there, and then wax at home. more
