They send the best to convince you what great service and attention to detail they have, they are very accomodating through the process until the point where they have your money...........Then, no more call backs no warranty work is completed it's like they shut down the office and changed the phone number, no one returns your calls and no work gets done! Builder of the year my butt, ripe off of the year. I must applaud them on the up front scam, a couple of great sales men selling what turns out to be a polished piece of junk. The used car salesmen of the year maybe, builder of the year NO!
