I have had two leases with this company and I will not renew again! They bought out IKON and their Service Department went down hill fast! If you need a dependable machine with dependable service - go elsewhere! They have cost my company a lot of money with downtime that was NOT needed.
Pros: Ricoh makes good copiers but they can't service them!
Cons: Service Techs lack training needed!
