Recently My car was vandalized and it needed many parts being replaced. I thought there is no better place to go than VW Boston to get it fixed smoothly since they sold me the car and I assumed they had all the parts and as their old client i could get extra help. it happened I had to wait 11/2 moths to get the work done. I had to call them everyday day to know what was going on, and several times they did not return calls. they did not help with insurance company,that initially I thought it was going to be the problem. I had to drive several times over there to talk to them and make sure all damages were reported to the insurance company. I spent around $400 just in rental because they never knew when it was going to be done. the worst is that I have others dealer closer from where I live, but I wanted to be loyal with them so I drove 30 minutes to them.
