I recently tried Shine for my first time after a previous bad experience at another salon. My expectation were not only met with the great color job I received, but were blown away when I saw how cool the salon was! I will definately be back to see Sharon, who did a fantastic job which was better than I'd hoped for. And the value! No more crazy salon bills!!
