This was the worst experience I have ever haad renting a margarita machine. When the man delivered the machine (he is the owner), first of all he told us he could not carry the machine where we wanted it because his back hurt. Then he went on to tell us about his big house and big boat on the lake. Then he told us the steps to making the margaritas by using hand signals and making us copy him - like we were dogs. And he did not set it up like he said he would, he just told us how to make it. So we had to pour all the stuff in the bucket and lift the heavy bucket up to pour it in. And then when the margaritas wouldnt freeze, he told us accused us of moving the machine to another spot. I have never met a cockier unprofessional person in my life! HIGHLY UN-RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!
