This was a disapointment. I must admit that the 500 days aged proscuito was very good, but the rest was nothing like that. Eventough I specifically asked for the risoto "al dente", it was overcooked and not good at all. It seems like the meat is very good, following the steps of Prime One Twelve, but what is the point of having a Italian restaurant in which the best food is not Italian? If I want steak, I can go to Prime Obe Twelve, which is very good indeed. The wine list was also very disapointing. Very hard to find a wine (old enough to be) ready to drink for a reasonable price. I really expected more of this restaurant.
