I had a new unit installed 30 days ago. The unit is leaking water from the condensate pan on to my ceiling and has caused damage. I tried to report this problem on a Friday afternoon at 3:05- apparently T.E. Young takes off early on Friday for a long weekend. I could not get anyone to return my call. I called back repeatedly thinking there was something wrong with the phone. It is now Saturday morning and after calling at 9:30 and leaving another message I still have not heard from a technician even though the message says that you will get a call back in an hour. This is not the kind of service I expected. I am VERY dissatisfied.
