I scheduled an appt for a routine physical & was told that SJH&W didn't accept Aetna POS insurance, so I had to pay the out of pocket rate of $75. OK. But to find out the results of my routine physical (that I'm in good health) I had to schedule another appt & pay another $75. I didn't even get to see the original examining doctor the second time around. I was shuffled to another doctor who looked at my file for two minutes before he saw me. Don't doctors usually call you to tell you when everything's okay instead of hitting you up for another co-pay...? I know times are tough but come on...
