This place is a total rip off, they're dishonest, and the customer services sucks. My back brakes were squeaking for 5 months because they didn't lubricate them after I went back to them twice for the extremely annoying noise that they said was coming from my front brakes. They lied, I just went to a family owned mechanic on trinity Dr in LITH (go there)!! who said my back brakes were bone dry, not to mention they charged me $400 and I just got my front brakes done from this other please with great service for $200. Don't ever go to Firestone, they're just like Jiffy Lube scam artists...
