Kelly was sweet and personable with my dog. My dog has white nails so it's easy to see vessel. Kelly clipped it too short and my dog bleed for hours. She was concerned, but in this day and age, why not invest in the grinder and save the potential trouble. One of the best prices around, but I would hesitate to return due to the injury.
