Went there with my girlfriend Sunday, 30 mins before closing. They must have been reading these reviews, because they rolled out the red carpet and then some for us. When the original sales guy got swamped, he passed the baton to another sales rep (Melissa), she didn't miss a beat. Very responsive to my GF's questions and concerns, Melissa let her test ride several bikes, stayed late to close the sale, even stayed 30 mins late, helping her fit and select a helmet (w/o rushing us out the door). Just when I thought service was a dying art....
