I loved going to Great face to get my eyelashes done and buy my make-up. Customer service seemed great considering i had been going there for 4+ years, however it seemed the more business they got, the owner's attitude became worse. She always did walk-ins during the first hour of opening,( she changed and now you have to call the same day to get an appt) I have witnessed the owner argue with her clients about their appts or make them wait if she didn't like them (oh yes she will talk about you). Her phone ettiquette is so terrible that you hate for the owner to answer the phone to make the appt. I do believe that Ms. Azuka thinks that she is the only one in town that sells wholesale make-up, does waxes and lashes. I attempted to patronize her and her nasty attitude, but I QUIT and have resolved to going back to Macy's to buy my MAC make-up and found a very nice shop to do my lashes.
