HORRIBLE!!! I took in a pair of Ugg Sheepskin boots that had some water marks on the toe. The assured me when I dropped them off that they were experienced in sheepskin and that they would apply chemicals that would alter the color of the boots to match the slightly darker shade of the watermark. I said that the slight change would be ok. Then I received a phone call telling me to come in and see the color change. THEY WERE PURPLE!! the white trim at the top had been changed to purple and the chestnut color was now gray and completely distorted! This was no slight change. The owner preceded to tell me I should just buy new ones and said they couldn't be worth much. They completely destroyed over $200 of boots and refused to compensate me in any manner for their destruction! Worst customer service ever and even worse business savvy. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!
Cons: Overpriced and refuse to reimburse for destroyed items.
