They will be helpful and friendly with your sizes, and then apparenty throw their brains out the window. All four bridesmaids dresses were COMPLETELY OFF size! And I'm not saying that people gained or lost weight, I'm saying that they sent people who were sizes 6/8 size 16 dresses! Oh, and then guess what? THEY WON'T DO REFUNDS AND CHARGE FOR ALTERATIONS! They will be very rude on the phone and ""point you towards their policy"" and that's it. Now four bridesmaides who have already paid for their dresses have to pay for additional alterations.\r
I highly suggest shopping elsewhere.
