Do not rent from Icon. The 2 uneducated guys who own Icon are flipping buildings and apts just to make a quick buck to keep their lavish, pathetic lives going. The apts look really nice, but lurking behind the walls are rodents and who knows what else. Most of the tenants complain about the living conditions and response time to do repairs needed to eachother. When I first moved in, I chose not to believe this until it happened to me. Basically they are a joke to everyone. After paying a large amount in rent over 2K a month for a place i could have paid $500+ less for, i moved after i had a massive rodent infestation and most of my appliances broke when they were ""new and never used"". Do not waste your time or money with Icon in the end you will just have headaches and rodents.
Pros: nothing, unless you like headaches
Cons: rodents, unexperienced owners, unclean, broken appliances
