I lived in a ""renovated, brand-new"" Icon apartment for four months before being forced to find a new place due to Icon's failure to maintain the building and my apartment in a habitable condition. Some of the problems with my $3,250/month, four-hundred square foot, one bedroom apartment: extensive rodent infestation, repeated flooding, no heat, front doors that didn't lock, etc., etc. I encourage anyone considering renting one of their apartments to review the critiques found on Yelp first.
