The food at Fuji was great, the prices for sushi were good. However, I called the restaurant several weeks after my visit and asked for a copy of my itemized receipt so I could be reimbursed by my company. The man on the phone was willing to help and got my receipt, but when I asked him to mail it to me (I live 1,200 miles from San Diego) he quickly said, ""We can't do that. That's not a service we provide.""
