Excellent food, but thoughtless chef. I was enjoying my dinner at the sushi bar, when, all of a sudden, there's a nasty stench arising because the sushi chef decides to blow-torch a fish a few feet away from where I'm sitting. When I complained to him about it, the response was, ""Well, we have to get ready for the dinner crowd."", as if my enjoyment of the meal was irrelevant. I guess it never occurred to them that they could prepare it back in the kitchen next to a decent ventilation unit.
Pros: Excellent selection of well-prepared sushi
Cons: Blow-torching fish can ruin your appetite
