Avoid the American Cleaners location on Jollyville Rd. at all costs. I have attempted for weeks to get them to return my clothing. It would take too long to describe the gory details. Enough to say that after three visits and a large number of phone calls, I am left with contradictory statements about what's in their records, unfulfilled promises to investigate and get back to me, unfulfilled promises to return my phone calls, outright falsehoods contradicted by my Pickup Ticket, and no satisfaction. Steer clear of these scamsters.
