I bring my friends here all the time when there's no where else to go and we want cheap, fast, food and to get something not found in other restaurants in the area. Most of the staff is generally attentive, the food is inexpensive but be prepared to order a lot to get full. Seems like a nice place for college students and singles.
Pros: only place in Philly to get takoyaki
