I heard all the buzz and the place is directly across the street from my job, so I went as a walk -in one day. There were a couple of girls behind the counter that were more irritated than helpful. They informed me more than once how lucky I was they'd had cancellations that day. I was soon introduced to Bree who was no more special than my regular girl. She literally told me what a bother it was for her having to wax the hair that was shorter in some spots than others and how inconsiderate it is for the customer to do that to the cosmetologist. Incredulous. When I was finished, I paid $20 more than my co-worker for the exact same service (she had a much worse experience than me). When I asked why, the girl practically yelled ""You got Bree!"" Well, excuse me! I thought she was by request only which I did not do, and I certainly meant no offense in asking, but I was treated as though I had insulted her. \r
So word to the wise, tell the employees at this establishment ""NO THANK YOU!"" Spend your money at a salon that actually appreciates your business and treats you as such.
