I bought a heater from Wilson five years ago, and an air conditioner four years ago. I had a problem with the heater last winter, and the service tech told me not to spend one more penny on the heater. He said it was old, and wasn't worth repairing. I informed him I bought it from THEM only five years before, and he kind of hemmed and hawed around after that. HUM. Either he is correct, and it's in bad shape, which means they sell junk that only lasts five years, or he was trying to convince me that I needed a replacement soon when I don't. The four-year old a/c I bought from them is now not working, so I'm calling a different repair co. this time. I just don't trust them anymore. They just lost a good customer.
